- migrated to 1.04a, still alpha because this isn't a big enough change to be 1.04

- Nerfed cost for infantry for both factions, should be more expensive to make

- Added "Recharging stations" That act as recharging building for OSAC inf, it is also the repair building

- Slightly changed the cost of some inf for osac 

- REMOVED dominator laser, changed it into missiles instead. Lowered its price a bit

- Added small effects to "Heavens judgement"

- Fixed a few of the voiceover problems NOTE: Not yet gotten to all of them will be fixed next update

- Buffed Tier 2 land turret for OSAC does 100% more damage

- can now build dominator in main HQ for osac

- NEW: Lemur, IFV support hovertank. Has grenade launchers and can carry units. Think of it as secre but buffed. 

- added "Manpower" Requirement to HUNGRY inf

- minor changes 

For next update expect content for air units of osac and finally replacing the old units.

I might also experiment into adding new resources like power for buildings
