Description:
The anarchist has cause havoc, the United states is in shambles! The world in the brink of total domination! Commander, take arms with OSAC and help us push back the anarchist!
This is the next update that adds voicelines/announcing voicelines for specific stuff as per dictated in the changelog. a onset of changelogs will come after this before my school starts which makes EC updates from 1.03 or 1.04 halted due to me being super busy in moments where i cannot mod.
enough of that! Enjoy this few last updates, there is more left out to-do. I will be releasing that this week too so be on the look out.
=WHATS NEW IN 1.02?=
- added a new resource for infantry (both factions)
- made osac robots infantry significantly more tanky
- A debuff for osac inf was added
- HUNGRY Turrets can now switch to different turrets at a decent pace for some, although for MG and AA it's faster. But they cost money, using this strat or knowing it is VERY useful. Use it as an advantage
- Compared to OSAC that has more accessibility already, that is slow unlike
HUNGRY which is faster
- Infantry resprites
- HUNGRY air units has now slower build time
- NEW: HB-24 "Breacher" which is a replacement for SWAN.
- NEW: Nuke drone (Can only be built in Main HQ)
- NEW: Deinself A.K.A replacement for megacannon
- NEW: T3 fabs!
- Resprited barracks
- Resprited fabricators that produce a second resource
- NEW: Yorktown voicelines
- A few balance tweaking
- Added voicelines for new experimentals
- Replaced Yorktown voicelines with new ones
- FIXED bug of exit_y or the units clipping outside the map on HQ when spawned on edges of map
- FIXED bobs not able to build ships
- Nerf builder build and repair speed (bobs)
- NEW: Announcer voicelines incl. [TESTING IS REQ.]
- Unit lost

- Exp dropped in
- HQ critical health
- Ability in main HQ ready (This took longer than expected)
- Research finished
- Enemy spotted in radars

(I will update wether all of this do get disabled when you turn them off, does not incl. HUNGRY this serves as a test run, when it does go smoothly i will add ones for hungry)

(The file size has somehow gotten bigger due to new voice lines and the alike. Report bugs or mod errors immediately so i can send a fix)

ETERNAL CONFLICT v1.03 patch #2
Description:
The anarchist has cause havoc, the United states is in shambles! The world in the brink of total domination! Commander, take arms with OSAC and help us push back the anarchist!
A new update after weeks, small patch. Next update will be larger followed with another patch so yeah. Anyways enjoy this one, i hope i get more feedback, it's almost Christmas! And rw has been updating recently.
I miss modding and i think I'll continue to work on ec more and more, meanwhile enough about my ranting enjoy!
Changelog for 1.03 patch #2
- fix announcing bug on fabricators.
- arty for osac now actually better, still shitty damage. Accuracy is better, range reduced to a minimum
- updgrades and prices for building's INCREASED. As updates go, prices get higher as new units and mechanics are added.
- NEW fortress updgrade
- T1 missile turret for osac got buffed
- other changes.
